Over 300 exhibitors have already reserved their spots in the next cityscape AD, with 30,000 square meters of space and a waiting list of anxious exhibitors awaiting last minute cancellations. It seems this exhibition is going to be the most successful real estate exhibition so far, as the event is expected to attract over 25,000 visitors from over 100 countries.
Mark Goodchild, Project manager for Cityscape Dubai, has said that the response they recieved was overwhelming and unexpected. A Cityscape award ceremony will be held in Emirates Palace to acknowledge the companies and professionals that have shown outstanding performances.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid has recently launched Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens. The project is worth AED 200 billion and covers 880 million square feet. It will also include four parts. Aait al Hekma, which includes a university, a library and a number of offices built especially for international organisations. Second is the humanitarian house which includes humanitarian and charity offices. The third part was made for natural purposes and includes family parks, entertainment clubs and environmental labs and colleges. The last part will include towers, centers for finance institutions and islamic and international banks.

All properties at Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) was all sold out just within hours, as investors were queuing in front of the sales center hours before opening. This amazing response Deyaar is getting is due to the fact that it is considered the fastest growing real estate company in the region.

Emirates Towers complex in Dubai are known to be one of the greatest landmarks on Sheikh Zayed road. The complex known as “The Boulevard” contains two towers; Emirates Office tower and the Jumeirah Emirates Hotel.
Emirates Office tower is 54 floors tall while the Emirates Hotel is 56 floors, despite containing 2 more floors, the emirates hotel is shorter in height than the emirates office tower, because the ceilings in the office tower were made higher.
Construction of the towers was finished in november 1999, and the hotel contains 12 exclusive restaurants, bars and lounges.
Jumeirah Emirates Hotel accommodates up to 600 people and the prices range from 990 dhs to 1,790 dhs which is very cheap for a hotel of this reputation and high quality service.
The Pentominium is an underconstruction skycraper in Dubai, It will stand at 516 meters consisting at 120 floors. It is designed by architects Aedas and funded by Trident International Holdings.
Being the second tallest all-resident building in the world, each apartment will consist of either half or a whole floor. Trident wants to provide the most luxurious apartments in the world. Cars such as Rolls Royces and saling trips in yachts have been supplied by external companies in a deal made with Trident.
The top floors will contain all sorts of entertainment such as health clubs, a sky lounge and a sky pool. It will also include a business lounge overlooking the palm.
A unit at the Pentominim costs $3,504,550, which is an great prices compared to other skycrapers such as Burj Dubai
Declared by Forbes as the world’s tallest hotel, this skycraper located on Sheikh Zayed Road surpasses Burj Al Arab by a mere 20 meters. Originally, it was supposed to be 380 meters tall but was pulled for changes in the design. Architects are Khateeb and Alami.
