Guys,

I have been recently in RERA and the project Serenity Lakes is not even “totally” approoved yet.
If they call you and ask you for documents (as they did to me), DON”T give them.
I am in touch with a lawyer to get my money back. He has won many cases against Avanti. I know that many people are concerned if we will ever get our money back, but a source has informed me they have millions in their escrow account. Hi guys,

had no idea all this was going on and I have actually hired a lawyer to seek a full refund due to lack of performance. The lawyer is saying that the company stopped answer its phones months ago and now I guess I’m out of luck.

Is anyone considering a class action lawsuit against these guys. It doesn’t make sense why I shouldn’t be able to get my money back since I paid into an escrow account.

Adam Omran, Sue Gregory, Foud k., Nayef, and last but not least ‘Legal Department’… haven’t heard from you since June 2009…lol… or there is no Internet in Jail??! i might be wrong, but they are all one person, you know who… you can tell from their english.. however, i might be wrong!
the rest of you guys.. i feel sorry for you… if i had a slightest idea about this going here i wouldn’t have sold a single unit for this so-called Dr.

I’m not sure why you would want to trust a scoundrel like Issam Daoud considering he was put in jail for a reason !!! This man has issued false cheques for people and sold the same unit for several people…. the list goes on forever! His case should be headlines on the front page of newspapers to teach people a lesson.

To cut the story short, he deserves to ROT in jail ! His case number in civil courts is 6099 if you want to check it out. My advice is go and file your case now before you end up with no money at all , and if you do end up with no money , then at least you make this scoundrel spend the rest of his life in jail !

I heard good news lately. A big local company owned by member of the royal family in Dubai is buying Avanti. Issam Daoud will be coordinating with them to build all the projects. I think the guy is working hard and he will stand on his feet again.We are optimistic now.
