Fujairah

Being the only emirate almost entirely covered with mountains, Fujairah has an average yearly rainfall much higher than any of the other emirates. Of such reasons, Fujairah is exceptional for farming, and has average daytime temperatures of about 25 °C. Foreigners are not allowed to buy land in Fujairah, and is therefore not of interest to real estate investors.
