Manara Ajman


Al Barakah Group recently announced the development of Ajman’s tallest tower “Manara Ajman”. Although the official height has not been yet revealed, it has been declared that the tower will reach a whopping 95 floor.

At a cost of $1.1 Billion ”Manara Ajman”, which stands for “lighthouse of Ajman”, will add to Ajman’s recent real estate boom. It will also stand along with 4 other towers ( Burj Royale, Burj Monarch, Burj Regent and Burj Regal ) covering a total area of 6 million square feet.

“The Crest” is the name that was given to the mixed-use development project that is going to include residential, commercial and retail space. The Project was designed by Primatec International with Adnan Saffareini as the lead architect.

Despite being scheduled for completion in 2012, one of the towers, “Burj Monarch”, has already been put up for pre-sale.
